Our role is generally restricted to financial matters including feasibility and budget estimates at the design stage, producing pricing documentation for tendering, assessing tenders & quotations and negotiating with contractors, issuing formal contracts, monitoring construction costs & variations, agreeing interim valuations, and negotiating a final account. We maintain a healthy balance of monetary constraints against those of the client's preferred project quality and duration, and all with fair consideration of the contractor's interests.
